I am the designer of this magazine, and I also cooked and photographed some of the recipes in it. For example, the front page features a dish that I made in my kitchen, and the Golden Bliss Balls that I also prepared. These balls are a delicious and healthy snack that I often bring with me when I go mountain biking. They are so popular that people ask me: "Can I have some of Marta's Golden Balls?"
They even got a shout-out from Martyn Ashton, the famous cyclist, on GMBN a few months ago... That was a proud moment for me.
